Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information we collect when you shop at zoramint.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what's needed to fulfill your order, we don't sell your data, and we don't run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery address (for delivery orders), and the items you purchase.
• Custom designs — artwork, text, and AI-generated imagery you create in ZoraMint Studio, stored so we can produce your order.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and the amount; your card details never touch our servers.
• Newsletter signup — your email address, only if you subscribe to our newsletter for news of new collections.

How we use it

• To produce, deliver, and support your order.
• To send transactional email — order confirmation and status updates (sent via Resend). The only marketing email we send is our newsletter, and only to addresses that subscribed; email us at any time to unsubscribe and we'll remove you promptly.
• To keep required accounting and tax records.

Cookies & local storage

The public store sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your shopping bag lives in your own browser's local storage, and a session flag remembers that you've seen the homepage intro. Login cookies exist only for staff accounts.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting infrastructure (Vercel and Supabase). We never sell your information.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to retain order records required for accounting or legal purposes). Email quantumcreations.app@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
