These terms apply to purchases made at zoramint.com, operated by ZoraMint from Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices & payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars.
- Payment is collected at checkout and processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
- Delivery orders carry a flat $7.99 Shipping & Handling fee per order; store pickup is free. See Shipping & Returns.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund any order — for example because of a pricing or listing error, an out-of-stock item, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll be notified and refunded in full.
Personalized items
When you submit a design through ZoraMint Studio — uploaded artwork, text, or AI-generated imagery — you confirm that you have the right to use it and you grant us permission to print it for your order. You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that you don't have rights to. We may decline to produce a design at our discretion; if we decline after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
Returns
All sales are final, except for defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect items — see Shipping & Returns for how we make those right.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
General
