Fulfillment options
Every order is fulfilled one of two ways — you choose at checkout:
- Store pickup — free. Collect your order from Zoramint Studio in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We'll email you when it's ready, along with the pickup address and hours.
- Delivery — flat $7.99 per order. A single Shipping & Handling fee covers your whole order, no matter how many pieces are in it. You'll receive an email notification when your order is on its way.
Made to order
Personalized pieces from ZoraMint Studio are produced individually after you order, printed at full 300-DPI production quality. We email you at every step — order confirmation, production, and ready-for-pickup or shipped — so you always know where your order stands.
Returns
All sales are final. Because much of what we make is produced specifically for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Defects, misprints, and wrong items are always on us. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup at quantumcreations.app@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.
